My name is Michael Stisi. I am the host of The Burden of Pain and a legacy chronic pain patient of more than 32 years.

We are collecting these interviews to document the real experiences of people living with chronic pain and those that care for them. Together, these stories will become a part of a growing effort to bring about meaningful change in public policy, and legal regulations surrounding opioid medication for legitimate chronic pain treatment. Proving, that not all people that use opioid medication have O.U.D. Opioid Use Disorder.
